Terms and Conditions


This agreement is between you (the customer or site user) and Bluedoor. The terms and conditions for the use of www.bluedoor.co.nz and the purchase of any products are outlined below. Please read over the information carefully, by using the site you acknowledge and understand the terms and conditions outlined, you also agree to be bound to this agreement.


Delivery of orders will be made to the address specified by the ‘customer’, anybody who is accepting the goods at the delivery address nominated by the ‘customer’ will be presumed to be authorised to receive the goods on your behalf. Deliveries will be during regular business hours. Bluedoor will not be liable for any alternative arrangements made with your carrier or any additional charges or fees that may occur. Our delivery charges cover only packaging, insurance and delivery to the nominated address for the first attempt, we suggest you nominate a delivery address where someone is available to receive the package during normal business hours to avoid delays/additional charges.

Please note, for any orders outside of New Zealand we suggest you check the rules and regulations of your country in regards to receiving packages prior to placing your order. If an item is returned to us because the address provided is undeliverable a refund will not be made on the shipping costs.

Bluedoor will send out all goods ordered in the most suitable package we believe for the items purchased.


If we cannot supply a particular item we will advise you as soon as possible


Sale items are not eligible for refund or credit.


Once the goods have been delivered to the nominated address by the ‘customer’ the risk and title is then passed on to you the ‘customer’ who placed the order. If you are not satisfied with your goods please refer to our returns/ exchange policies – however please note, all sale items are final. Bluedoor will not be held responsible for any items we do not ship ourselves, and strongly recommend a tracking number if returning goods. Bluedoor will not be held accountable for return postage charges or any duty reimbursement – other than in the case of the item being deemed faulty by the supplier. For all ‘change of mind’ returns, postage is the ‘customer’s’ responsibility. For any exchanges outside of New Zealand you will need to pay the duties and taxes on the replacement item.


The price you are required to pay for the goods is the price specified on the site. You are required to pay any additional shipping charges and taxes that may be required by the country you are receiving goods to outside of what is outlined in our shipping charges, payment of these taxes or charges may be required to release your goods from Customs, we suggest you check with your local customs office if you are unsure prior to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse purchase of products at any time. We will always endeavour to be as accurate as possible, however, we are unable to warrant the product descriptions, prices or any other content will be error free at all times, and reserve the right to make changes after a purchase has been made and notify you of this change as soon as possible.


If the Customer credits money to the incorrect bank account number, Bluedoor will not accept any responsibility for correcting payment and the goods will not be dispatched until full payment is received.


Bluedoor recognises the importance of security and the privacy of our customer’s personal information. We adopt a strict policy when it comes to protecting the privacy of any information submitted to us. Your information will not be used for any unsolicited communication without prior consent.

In order to provide our customers with the best service riverclothing.co.nz collects relevant information that is provided to us by the customer. This may include personal information such as name, email address etc.​ This information will be kept confidential and Bluedoor will not disclose any personal information about you without your consent; unless it is required by law, or if the assets and operations of Bluedoor are transferred to a third party. Bluedoor does not sell our rent out any information provided to us by our customers.

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates. We make every effort to adhere to online security and privacy law and will store this information in a safe and secure way.


This agreement is between you (the ‘customer’ or site user) and Bluedoor. Once an order is received by us we have no obligation to sell, supply or complete the order to you until it has been accepted by our management team. Each individual order is considered a separate agreement; each order will be accepted by Bluedoor at our absolute discretion. We reserve the right to decline orders for any reason, including, the unavailability of any product, an error in the price or the product description or image posted on this web site, or an error in your order. If an order is declined a full refund will be made.​​
